Welcome to the Attendance Management System (“the System,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the System and any related services. By accessing or using the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the System.

1. Purpose of the System

The System is designed for use by educational institutions, including teachers, school administrators, and authorized staff, to:

  • Mark and manage student attendance

  • Assign detentions and behavior/achievement points

  • Facilitate communication among staff

  • Organize student data and class registration

  • Use AI tools for attendance, presentations, and classroom support

  • Monitor site-wide analytics (for admins)

2. User Eligibility and Accounts

Users must be authorized personnel of a registered school. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities that occur under your account. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the System only for lawful, school-related purposes and not to:

  • Share login credentials with unauthorized users

  • Access data not intended for you

  • Misuse or manipulate AI tools to generate inappropriate or misleading content

  • Attempt to breach security protocols

  • Violate any applicable education, data protection, or privacy laws

4. AI-Driven Features

The System includes AI-powered tools (voice assistant, chat box, PowerPoint generator). These features are provided to assist, not replace, professional judgment. Users are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content before acting on it.

5. Privacy Policy

Use of the System is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and process user and student data. Schools must obtain appropriate parental or guardian consent where required by law (e.g., GDPR, COPPA, or FERPA compliance).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, features, branding, and documentation within the System are the intellectual property of the developers or licensors. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Access and Termination

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or compromises the integrity or security of the System.

8. System Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the System. Technical issues, updates, or maintenance may result in temporary downtime.
